After weeks of waiting on our homeowners insurance’s plumbing company only for them to no-show several times, I called JNJ. Not only was Justin patient while I explained the situation, he came out the same day to check things out. By 10:30am the following day, we had a beautiful new hot water heater that was up to code and ready to use! I am beyond grateful and impressed. I am more than happy to recommend them, and to contact them again if we need other plumbing help.

We had an emergency, the copper pipes above the hot water started to leak, spraying water on the walls & flooring. Call J N J, they were so nice to talk to and said Ty y could come out that day. They did come out, fixed the leak and they were so nice! We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs we have. Quality customer service means everything.

I had JNJ Plumbing install some rough plumbing for a new half bathroom that required them to drill through a concrete slab base. They did an absolutely fantastic job, were incredibly professional, and priced me at less than half of what two other contracting companies quoted me at for the exact same job.

They were very responsive for any questions I had and extremely flexible to schedule the workday. On the scheduled workday, they were punctual, immediately went to work (seemingly without taking any breaks), and completed the entire job within less than a day. They even cleaned up after themselves and mopped my floors for good measure.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work that needs done and absolutely plan on using them again in the future.
